This mixed tenure project (independent housing and Assisted Living) opened in 2007. Assisted Living in small communities is critical to ensuring that seniors living in rural British Columbia do not have to relocate away from friends and family should their health needs change.Ten units in each of these projects are funded under the Independent Living BC Program by Interior Health and BC Housing. Referrals to these units come through Interior Health.
